Typical End Unit (lower level parking garage not shown)

The Christian Health Care Center on Sicomac Avenue has submitted plans to build a 600,000 square foot- 258 unit apartment complex on 20 acres of woodlands in Hawthorne and Wyckoff.

This may cause additional water runoff and increase traffic congestion on the intersection of Goffle Hill, Cedar Hill and Sicomac Avenues, and will result in the cutting down of many trees.

We can save these woods, and save our community from irresponsible plans.  Please join us...
